GRAMMAR: After lunch, grammar team 4 treated us to a lesson about comparing with adverbs. We learned that comparing with adverbs is very similar to comparing with adjectives. There's a positive form (just a basic adverb), a comparative form (for use when comparing just two actions), and a superlative form (for comparing 3 or more actions). We had some solid practice with identifying adverbs of comparison and were even challenged to write original sentences utilizing all three forms. Most folks even finished the grammar part of tonight's homework during class.
